World’s first wind-powered underwater datacentre starts operating in China
A wind-powered underwater datacentre has begun operating off the coast of Shanghai. The 24-megawatt demonstration project by HiCloud Technology and China Communications Construction is designed to use less power and water than a land-based facility.
