The AI justice gap solution is slowly turning into an existential paperwork nightmare for US federal courts
A study from MIT and the University of Southern California found that pro se lawsuits in U.S. federal courts have nearly doubled since ChatGPT became widely used, and about one in five complaints now includes AI-generated text.
