Tesla claims driver ‘manually overrode self-driving’ in deadly Texas crash

Tesla is disputing claims that its Full Self-Driving system caused a fatal Texas crash in which a speeding Model 3 struck a home and killed a 76-year-old woman inside. Tesla AI head Ashok Elluswamy stated on X that the driver manually overrode self-driving by pressing the accelerator fully.
