Spotify expands AI remix and covers project with Merlin partnership
Spotify says Merlin, representing more than 30,000 independent labels and distributors, has joined Universal Music Group in supporting its planned AI remix and covers product. The paid tool will let fans generate covers and remixes from participating artists who opt in and receive credit and compensation.
