Siobahn Day Grady Wants Everyone to Be AI Literate
Siobahn Day Grady launched the Institute for Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Research at North Carolina Central University in January 2025, described as the first AI research institute at an HBCU. It aims to expand AI literacy among students and faculty as universities adapt curricula to changing workforce needs.
