OpenAI now says "entirely automating everything is not the future we want"
OpenAI says it no longer views fully autonomous AI research as its goal, and instead describes a future of humans working in tandem with machines. Sam Altman and Jakub Pachocki also called for an international body that could slow frontier AI development if needed.
