New claimants seek to sue Elon Musk’s xAI after Labour MP’s test case
Additional complainants have contacted a lawyer after Labour MP Jess Asato launched a test case against xAI over sexualised fake images and video generated by Grok. The claims relate to demeaning AI-created material involving Asato, including bikini images and a video she said depicted a sexual assault scenario.
