Microsoft cuts 4,800 jobs as it revamps Xbox in latest wave of mass layoffs
Microsoft said it will cut about 4,800 jobs, including roughly 3,200 in its gaming unit, as part of a restructuring of Xbox. The company said the move will include studio sales or spin-offs and review of another studio, while it continues investing heavily in AI.
