Meta follows SpaceX's playbook and builds a cloud business to sell its spare AI compute to outside customers
Meta is building a cloud business to sell unused AI compute capacity to external customers. The move comes as the company plans up to $145 billion in AI investments this year and faces questions about how much of that capacity will be used for its own models.
