McDonald’s tests Google-backed AI drive-thru ordering system
McDonald’s is testing ArchIQ, an AI system nicknamed “Archy,” to take drive-thru orders and support restaurant operations. The test is running at five U.S. locations, and McDonald’s has not disclosed which restaurants are involved.
