Majority of US’s new AI datacenters to be built on drought-hit land
A Guardian analysis found that about two-thirds of planned US AI datacenters are set to be built in areas that have been among the driest in the country over the past year. The report says the expansion is advancing despite growing concern over the water demands of these facilities.
