Liquid AI released LFM2.5-2.6B, a 2.69-billion-parameter model designed for on-device agentic tasks, including planning, tool calling, and multi-step execution. It supports 131,072-token contexts, runs at up to 220 tokens/s on an M5 Max, and is available with open weights in GGUF, MLX, and ONNX.
