Introducing Gemma 4 models on Amazon Bedrock
AWS Bedrock now offers the Gemma 4 model family from Google DeepMind under the Apache 2.0 license. The lineup includes three instruction-tuned variants with dense and MoE architectures, built-in reasoning, native function calling, and text/image input.
