Here’s why Elon Musk lost his suit against OpenAI
A jury in Musk v. Altman found that Elon Musk filed his lawsuit against OpenAI too late, so his claims were barred by the statute of limitations. US District Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers accepted the verdict immediately.
