Google handed users the easiest possible tool for fake satellite imagery, then pulled it after two days
Google removed its Nano Banana 2 image model from Google Earth two days after launch. Users demonstrated that simple prompts could create convincing but fabricated satellite scenes, including a refugee column at an empty lot near the Mexican border.
