Google DeepMind enters a new era as co-founder Demis Hassabis shifts AI role
Demis Hassabis is stepping down from day-to-day leadership as chief executive of Google DeepMind and becoming its chair. He will also serve as chief scientist at Alphabet, as the AI division enters a new leadership phase.
