A German AI consortium released Soofi S 30B-A3B, an open model trained on Deutsche Telekom’s cloud infrastructure in Munich. Its hybrid architecture activates a fraction of 31.6 billion parameters per token, and the consortium reports leading results among fully open models on German and English benchmarks.
