Elon Musk appeals $134 billion OpenAI loss, calls verdict a "calendar technicality"
Elon Musk has appealed the loss of his lawsuit against Sam Altman and OpenAI, after an Oakland jury dismissed the case in about two hours. Musk had sought up to $134 billion, and the judge said she would have been ready to dismiss it immediately.
