Claude maker Anthropic files for IPO with the SEC
Anthropic, the company behind the AI chatbot Claude, has confidentially filed a draft IPO registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The filing comes after a funding round that valued the company at just under $1 trillion, as competitors like OpenAI also prepare for public offerings.
