Kaikaku.AI releases Epicure, a set of three AI models that separately analyze ingredient compatibility based on recipes or molecular data. Trained on 4.14 million recipes and the FlavorDB database, the chemistry-based model also outperforms recipe-based ones in classifying taste and nutrition without explicit training.
