ArXiv will ban researchers who upload papers full of AI slop
arXiv says it will ban researchers who submit papers containing clear evidence of unchecked AI-generated text, such as hallucinated references or leftover LLM meta-comments. The policy is aimed at reducing low-quality submissions that include AI-generated content.
