Anthropic will deploy 2 gigawatts of AMD GPUs for Claude in a deal worth up to $5 billion
AMD will invest up to $5 billion in Anthropic, which plans to deploy up to 2 gigawatts of AMD MI450 GPUs to train and run Claude. The agreement expands AMD’s efforts to compete with Nvidia in AI infrastructure.
