Alibaba’s Qwen Audio 3.0 TTS Plus ranks first on Artificial Analysis’ Speech Arena leaderboard. It supports 16 languages and natural-language style controls, but generates about 16 characters per second, slower than Sonic 3.5 and Simba 3.2.
