AI won't become a real coworker until it stops answering and starts finishing tasks
A survey paper from Tencent and Chinese universities argues that AI will become a useful coworker only when it can complete whole tasks in persistent work environments, not just generate responses. The authors say this will require combining persistent workspaces with reusable skills.
