Agentic orchestration: Enterprise AI organizations have a deployment problem, not a platform problem — and most are calling chatbots agents
A VentureBeat Pulse survey of 101 enterprises found Anthropic’s Claude is the primary agent platform for 40%, followed by Microsoft at 18% and OpenAI at 13%. Yet 71% said a quarter or fewer of their deployed agents are true multi-step workflows, with hybrid controls and real-time token-cost management still limited.
